Amazing family vibes!

Just had an awesome stay! The welcoming crew was super nice, especially Disha at the front desk who made us feel at home. Our little one got extra love from the staff, and their food was delicious! Only thing was the Wi-Fi could've been better. Otherwise, it was a blast!

The breakfast buffet offers a delightful mix of local and continental dishes, and the bar is a great spot for evening relaxation.

Positive, I had a fantastic stay for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room. The room was spacious and spotless, and I loved the huge menu at the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent and set me up for the day. Great location for shopping and sightseeing! 😊

The suite room we stayed in was spacious and provided a lovely garden view , making our stay feel more relaxing. The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally accommodating , fulfilling our family's special dietary requests with ease. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offered a fantastic variety of local and continental options , which set a positive tone for our mornings.

We enjoyed a cozy stay and loved the spacious restaurant vibe! The Daal Makhani was spot on, although it could use a touch of sweetness. The welcome fruits showed the hotel’s classy touch, and our family had a lovely evening swim in the pool.

My wife says that the parking situation was chaotic and quite unprofessional. It would be nice if there were more designated spots for families.

Had a smooth check-in process and the staff were super attentive , they even got me extra water when I was dehydrated from my long flight. The breakfast was a mix of continental and southern Indian , nice selection but lost a bit of charm on day 2.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but considering the overall experience , it was acceptable.

The location is fantastic, nestled in the heart of Trivandrum, just minutes from major attractions. The staff, especially Ms. Aparna and Ms. Suneesha, were exceptionally courteous and made sure my stay was comfortable. The food at Cafe Jade was delightful, particularly the buffet breakfast that had an impressive spread with something for everyone.

WiFi connectivity issues.

This was just an optimal selection for a swift visit in Thiruvananthapuram with incredible value for money. Breakfast food was okay, not great, but for the price paid, it met our needs. Make sure to check if amenities are functioning before settling in.
